Great things are promised by UK broadband service providers; "fastest speed", "reliable", "best Wi-Fi coverage" but in reality this often isn't the case.
When problems need fixing, Broadband Works fills the gap between a customer's specific frustration at home and the one size fits all approach from the UK broadband service providers.
